“Don’t eat me!”
We are into dinosaurs (along with pirates, Star Wars, lego etc) thanks to the wonderful Harry and the Dinosaurs books so we couldn’t go to Toronto without visiting the dinosaurs at the ROM. Aside from the exorbitant entry fees when you’re there with young kids who’ll only last an hour, the fact that most of the touch-screen video units are so high up that a wheelchair user or a 5 year old couldn’t see them, and the lack of direction for the layout, the ROM’s great. (We were slightly underwhelmed by the lack of family facilities at the ROM) But then it’s still got the mummies and dinosaurs I remembered from my childhood, which is pretty much all we were looking for after all.
“Wait Duncan! Don’t be scared! This one’s a herbivore!”
