Ten Years
Ten Years, two continents, two kids, two career changes, and still best friends. Ten years ago was the best decision we ever made.
Courtesy of my parents babysitting, we spend a night in Niagara-on-the-Lake celebrating and in some ways it feels like no time has passed since our honeymoon in Quebec City; a play at the Shaw festival, a pub meal, and a lazy morning with coffee at Balzac’s. I think we need more weekends away in our lives these days, even with the boys. More adventures, less routine.

How can this be true? I remember your wedding (with the camera around your neck!), and then there’s Thomas Sauer up there talking about Jeorg, and I remember reading about their wedding too! Crazy times, these. Happy anniversary, you guys!

Congratulations! And I completely agree, a weekend here and there “en amoureux” does you the world of good. Time and space to remember why you chose to make you life with the person opposite you. Bx
